AJP Marine’s team brings experience at sea and in field engineering, technical management and ship repair project management across Europe and Asia. For shipowners and ship managers, that means a clearly defined scope and people who understand the engine room.
Adilson Pereira worked in the marine and offshore industry in Rotterdam, managing vessel repair and technical service projects for shipowners and ship managers from enquiry to delivery. He founded AJP Marine in Rio Grande, Brazil, in 2026 and, as Managing Director, leads its client relationships and projects.
Dimitrios Koutsoukos is a marine engineer with an MSc in Shipping Management and a diploma in Ship Superintendency from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy. He has more than ten years in the industry, across Greece, China, the Netherlands and France. He serves as AJP Marine’s Technical Consultant, advising on technical matters, and brings both the engine-room and the ship-repair perspective.
After years in the marine industry in China, Xia Xiao joined AJP Marine as Business & Project Coordinator. She coordinates client communication and projects, and supports the company’s international business development. As a point of contact for Chinese-speaking shipowners and ship managers, she works with them in Chinese or English throughout each project.
